Arkeozoolojide gösterdikleri deliller çürütülünce bu sefer Histoloji, Genetik, Mikrobiyoloji gibi alanlardan Evrim Teorisine yalan deliller üretmeye başladılar. Evrim Teorisi'nin babası Charles Darwin'in dedesi Erasmus Darwin'in babasıdır. Erasmus Darwin İskoç Mason Locası Üstat-ı Azam'ı olduğu için teoriye daha fazla sahip çıktı ve dünyaya yayılmasını sağladı. Erasmus Darwin ilk Evrim Teorisi kitabının yazarıdır ve torununu da bu alanda yazı yazması için zorlamıştır. İllüminati'nin kurucusu Adam Weishaupt, Almanya'dan kaçında Erasmus Darwin'in yanına gitmiştir. Bu ikili İllüminati'yi dünyaya yaymışlardır.

Patolojide hastalıkların oluş mekanizmasıyla ilgili 2 farklı teori vardır:

Bu teoriye göre patojen olarak gösterilen varlıklar hastalıklar için birincil etken değildir.
